Ms. Acosta moved to the Daytona Beach are in 1989. She attended University of Central Florida
and graduated in 2000. She then moved to New York to attend Touro College of Law in Huntington, New York where she graduated in 2004.
While in New York, Ms. Acosta worked for the state of New York. After graduation, she moved back to the Daytona Beach area to be near her family.
